Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit

15-Point Annual Tune-up and Efficiency Test:
Our Maintenance and Protection Plans include an annual tune-up, system cleaning, and an efficiency test. The following list details what we do:
- Test and Check all burner safety controls
- Clean or replace oil filters and strainers
- Test fuel pump pressure
- Clean nozzle assembly and replace nozzle
- Check/replace end cone
- Clean and adjust ignition system
- Inspect and vacuum smoke pipe; check chimney thimble
- Vacuum out boiler/furnace heat passages
- Inspect heat exchanger/firebox
- Lubricate motors and bearing assemblies
- Test safety switches
- Visually inspect wiring where possible
- Perform a combustion efficiency test with our state of the art computerized equipment
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure optimum efficiency of the heating appliance
- Clean our work area when done
This comprehensive annual tune-up (Included with ALL Service Plans) will insure that your system is always running safely, reliably, and at its peak efficiency.
